DELIVERY & RETURNS
Do the cards come with an envelope?
Yes! Every card has a blank, high quality envelope and is placed inside a cellophane protective sleeve and then shipped out in a hard backed envelope to get to you safely.
We never put the price of anything on our gifts or cards. We do not include receipts or invoices in any parcel so you can be rest assured if your gift or card is sent straight to the recipient no prices will be shown.
What if I have a greeting card or gift despatched straight to the recipient?
In this case, we will place your card inside the envelope and seal it with our Luxelumination envelope stickers. It will be then placed inside a hard backed envelope for protection and sent direct to the recipient.
If you have a letterbox gift sent direct your gift message will be placed inside the box so they know who the gift is from.
When will my order be shipped out?
We aim to despatch all of our gifts and cards the same working day, if ordered before 12pm, otherwise we despatch the next working day from placing your order.
If a gift or card is urgent or needed for a specific date please contact us before ordering and we can advise the best delivery method for you to get your order to you on time.
Some items may be made to order and will take longer to be despatched. Please check the individual items for further details.
An email notification will always be sent you so you know when you can expect to receive your order, but if you have any queries please email luxelumination@gmail.com
Who do you send your cards & parcels with?
We send the majority of our items via Royal Mail unless for unforeseen circumstances we have to send your parcel with a courier service but you will be notified of any changes.
Some of our items are despatched by our print on demand partners and will be despatched using various couriers to get to your door safely.
What are the estimated delivery times?
We aim to despatch every order either the same day or the next working day. The estimated delivery times from Royal Mail are as follows:
Tracked 24 - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24 hours (1-2 working days)
Tracked 48 - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 48 hours (2-3 working days)
First Class Postage - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1-3 working days
2nd Class Postage - Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-4 working days
The above guidelines are estimated and not guaranteed. An item is classed as lost in the post after 10 working days so if you order has not arrived with you within 10 working days please concat us and we will replace your item.
My item has arrived and it’s damaged, what do I do?
Firstly, please contact us immediately as soon as you have received your order and please take pictures of how the parcel arrived to you damaged. We will then give you instructions of how to send back your order to us so we can replace the items.
Can I return my order?
Of course you can! For non personalised items we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please do this via emailing luxelumination@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we have approved and confirmed your return by email, you are then responsible for returning the item safely back to us at your cost. We will then refund you the cost of the product only. We will not refund the original postage costs incurred by us or the postage costs to return the item to us.
For personalised items and digital downloads we do not offer refunds.

Are your Crystals Ethically/Responsibly Soured?
Yes, they absolutely are. We ensure all of our suppliers have an excellent ethics practice in place. All of our Crystals are 100% genuine and ethically sourced.
Are you qualified to give advice on how to use Crystals?
Yes, I am certified in Crystal Healing. I also am a Reiki Master, attuned to Crystal Reiki and I am a qualified Charka & Aura Healer. I study tarot and love the Moon & Astrology.
Do Crystals work?
Our beautiful Crystals are intended as an alternative, complimentary therapy to support healing. Any information or advice we give to you on how to use or explain the benefits of each Crystal is how we best interpret the Crystals energy, using the information we have gained by our own experiences using Crystals and our extensive research and information we have learnt on our courses and training. Every person's individual experience will differ. We do not make any claim that we will treat any illness or medical issue.
