Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please do this via emailing luxelumination@gmail.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have approved and confirmed your return by email, you are then responsible for returning the item safely back to us at your cost. We will then refund you the cost of the product only. We will not refund the original postage costs incurred by us or the postage costs to return the item to us.

There are two situations where only partial refunds are granted: 
1. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at luxelumination@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping cost incurred for returning the item back to us. Postage/Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we refund you the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please always use a trackable service to return the item to us. We are not held responsible for missing items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
We will only exchange your product if it is damaged. To start an exchange, you can contact us at luxelumination@gmail.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
