Shipping policy

We aim to despatch our orders within 2-3 working days. You will receive an email once despatched.

Express is our 1 - 3 Business Day service - This service is using Royal Mail First Class post

Standard is our 2 - 4 Business Day service - This service is using Royal Mail Second Class post

The time stated for Express & Standard is the time from despatch. These are an approximate guide. No shipment will be guaranteed unless a premium guaranteed service is paid for.

We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. In unforeseen circumstances we may need to use another method of shipping. You will be informed of this, if this is the situation.
